Beyond my artistic pursuits, I am dedicated to being your trusted companion throughout your wedding or elopement journey.
As a destination Italy wedding photographer, I knew Gabrielle and Sean’s celebration would be magical. And, sure enough, their multiday wedding at Villa Corsini blended Tuscan elegance, emotional moments, and travel-worthy traditions. From lively welcome parties in Florence to latenight sparkler sendoffs under fireworks, their weekend was a joyful expression of love in Italy.

Firstly, Villa Corsini offers breathtaking Renaissance architecture and gardens. Moreover, hiring a wedding photographer familiar with Italy ensures every moment—whether editorial, documentary, or candid—is captured with authentic storytelling and refined aesthetics. So, your love story is sure to be preserved artfully amidst timeless surroundings.

To begin their romantic weekend, Gabrielle and Sean hosted an Italian dinner at Tiratissima in Florence. The theme for the guests and decor was all-white. Meanwhile, the soon-to-be married couple stood out, wearing black and white attire—her flowing dress and his crisp trousers created a chic contrast. Also, on that same evening, Gabrielle’s grandmother reunited with her sister after years apart. All in all, this dinner set a heartfelt tone for the entire celebration.

After that beautiful night spent with loved ones, the wedding day began at Villa Olmo, nestled in the Tuscan hills. Here, the bridal party shared laughs in robes and champagne, while the groomsmen enjoyed Aperol spritz by the pool. Then, the couple shared a breathtaking first look overlooking the
rolling landscape. Altogether, this was the perfect location for capturing real, natural connection.

As a destination Italy wedding photographer, I often suggest keeping meaningful details nearby. For example, rings, invitation suite, perfume, shoes, and stationery help start your gallery with personalized flat lays. Bringing an heirloom bracelet or vintage stamps can also help me create powerful storytelling images early in the day.

Then, we moved to Villa Corsini—a venue full of historic character. Inside, the frescoed Primavera and Putti’s Halls have vaulted ceilings and painted walls, making them the perfect setting for romantic, intimate portraits. Meanwhile, in the Galleria, Gabrielle and Sean had a private moment practicing their first dance before guests arrived. These editorial-style photos highlighted their love in soft, ambient Italian light.

Without a doubt, the garden ceremony was a standout moment. Surrounded by lush blooms and ancient stonework in Pizzughe’s Garden, Gabrielle and Sean exchanged vows. The live cello and violin added to the particularly emotional, romantic atmosphere. After their epic first kiss and celebratory dip, applause rippled across the elegant landscape.

Next came the cocktail hour featuring lemon pods of sorbet, Aperol spritz, and local bites. We snuck away for photos along the cypress-lined drive—the light was soft, cinematic, and absolutely dreamy. Plus, the social buzz, laughter, and shared toasts made every image feel joyful and vibrant.
After cocktail hour, guests entered the grand Galleria where long banquet tables stretched beneath frescoed ceilings. Heartfelt toasts unfolded, followed by a Millefoglie cake cutting. As the chef put the finishing touches on the traditional Italian dessert, an unforgettable fireworks display punctuated the finale. I can’t begin to describe how breathtaking that moment was for all of us watching!
Then, finally, the bride changed into a chic couture party dress and the newlyweds danced late into the night—memories captured with energy and grace.

All in all, this wedding weekend had a cinematic and journalistic feel. I relished the opportunity, capturing fairy-tale moments, cinematic landscapes, and real reactions. From aperture to documentary storytelling, this celebration showcased intimate beauty and editorial glam. And all the other vendors also did an amazing job, making this an event worth reliving forever.
