Beyond my artistic pursuits, I am dedicated to being your trusted companion throughout your wedding or elopement journey.
Mel and Jack’s Tuscany destination wedding was this photographer’s absolute dream come true. I knew it would be a memorable shoot from the very beginning. Between the stunning venue and incredible attention to detail, it was honestly just a perfect day. Ultimately, this wedding allowed me to capture some of my favorite images I’ve ever taken.
I particularly loved working on this wedding because Tuscany holds a very special place in my heart. Whenever I see the rolling hills of the Italian countryside, I fall in love with this place all over again. From the vineyards, olive groves, and orchards to the beautiful historic towns, narrow rustic roads, and charming Tuscan architecture, this part of the world fills my heart and ignites my imagination like nowhere else.
Everything about this intimate wedding was elegant, romantic, and intentional. Each vendor involved thought carefully about every detail, both big and small. This gave the whole day a luxurious, curated feel. Overall, my photographer’s eye had so much to work with! I let my creativity run wild as I found unique ways to capture all those little details. And, of course, the villa’s historic beauty inspired me, too.
The venue for this wedding, Villa Corsini a Mezzomonte, was just stunning. Situated just outside of Florence, the Villa Corsini is a perfectly preserved example of history and art. Without a doubt, the drive in through the trees, the elaborate gardens, and the historic halls made this one of my all-time favorite wedding venues. You can feel the history in every nook and cranny of the villa and its grounds. Indeed, every space I entered blew me away.
First, the gorgeous frescos in the interior spaces stunned me. Then, the ceremony site for this Tuscany destination wedding took my breath away. It had sweeping views of the rolling Tuscan hills and draping florals. The reception hall was also one of the most beautifully crafted dining halls I’ve ever seen. I felt like I’d hopped right into a painting!
The bride and groom, Mel and Jack, only had eyes for each other all day. They shared little laughs and romantic touches, making their love obvious to everyone. I had so much fun capturing the authentic connection these two share. They could go from serious poses to laughter to soft smiles to sensual touches within a few moments. Overall, Jack and Mel were a dream to shoot.
