Beyond my artistic pursuits, I am dedicated to being your trusted companion throughout your wedding or elopement journey.
This elevated Sacramento ranch wedding at Lone Oak Longhorns easily makes the list of my all-time favorite weddings! From the couple’s infectious love to the intentionally curated details to the best vendor team I could have asked for, this day was a dream to document. And you know what made it even better? Longhorns. Adorable longhorns everywhere!
Mackenzie and Zach booked me for their big day over a year and a half ago. As you can see from this gallery, they really took their time planning this wedding. This couple didn’t overlook anything, and the detail-lover in me adored capturing every intentionally selected element! Specifically, one of my favorite little touches of the day was the bow Mackenzie wore around her waist. The fabric came from her mother’s wedding dress and served as a special way to honor her family history.
Throughout this elevated Sacramento ranch wedding day, Zach and Mackenzie smiled at each other and laughed together. You could just tell they are one of those couples whose love will last forever. The friendship these two share can be felt by all around them. Through easy and hard times, Mackenzie and Zach want to be together, encouraging each other and making each other smile.
Altogether, this event went so seamlessly! Wedding and event vendors aren’t always genuinely in sync. But I can honestly tell you that everyone I worked with on this wedding really showed up and worked together to create a truly unforgettable day for this deserving couple. The venue, the florist, and especially the videography, content creation, and photography teams were a joy to work with. Even though it was our first time working all together, we functioned like a well-oiled machine, making this wedding go off without a hitch!
All in all, this elevated Sacramento ranch wedding was just plain fun! I loved every element of the day: the longhorns roaming the property, the beer boys passing out bottles as they walked down the aisle, the yummy signature cocktails, and all the fun on the dance floor. And that’s not even mentioning the bride’s iconic pre-dance party outfit change! Capturing Zach and Mackenzie’s love was such an incredible privilege.
